3-Year limited warranty overview

Z Grills offers a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original owner, covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use and proper maintenance.

Detective parts

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect, Z Grills will, at its discretion, either:

Repair the part to its original condition, or
Replace it with a comparable new part or product.

This repair or replacement is the full extent of Z Grills’ obligation under the warranty.

Cosmetic damage

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Scratches, chips, dents, cracks, or minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect grill performance are excluded, as
determined solely by Z Grills.
Improper Assembly or Use

DAMAGED CAUSED BY

Incorrect assembly
Failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions
Abuse, misuse, or negligence
Environmental extremes (e.g. humidity, salt air, chemicals)
Acts of nature (e.g. storms, lightning)
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs:
Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations will void the warranty.

Paint & Corrosion damage

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Paint finish or coating
Corrosion or rust unless it compromises the structural integrity of the grill, as assessed by Z Grills.

EXCLUDES COMPONENTS

Parts such as the firepot, grill cover, and damage caused by corrosion are not included.

Warranty claims process

The owner must submit photographic evidence of the damage when filing a claim.
Z Grills will assess the claim and determine eligibility under the warranty terms.

Purchase and usage restrictions

Only Valid for Purchases from Authorized Resellers
Warranty coverage applies only to grills purchased through authorized sellers. Products bought from unauthorize resellers or third parties are excluded.
Residential Use Only

The warranty does not apply to commercial use or related applications.
It is intended for normal residential use with proper care and maintenance.

Limitations of liability

Z Grills is not liable for:

Transportation or shipping charges
Labor costs related to installation or repair
Export duties or taxes
External factors such as chlorine, insecticides, disinfectants, salt, or extreme temperatures may compromise paint and coatings. These are beyond Z Grills’ control and not covered by warranty unless structural damage occurs.

User Responsibility

The warranty is void if the grill is not assembled, operated, cleaned, or maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual.
